Kognitive Verhaltenstherapie bei Kindern und Jugendlichen

Zusammenfassung

Die kognitive Verhaltenstherapie hat sich in den letzten 60 Jahren von einer ausschließlich an Lerntheorien orientierten Methode zu einem komplexen Konglomerat aus empirisch weitgehend fundierten psychologischen Behandlungsverfahren auf der Grundlage störungsspezifischer und störungsübergreifender theoretischer Erklärungsansätze und Änderungsmodelle entwickelt. Für das Kindes- und Jugendalter wurde das Konzept der Multimodalen Kinder- und Jugendlichen-Verhaltenstherapie entworfen, die sich als entwicklungs- und kontextorientierte Mehrebenentherapie beschreiben lässt, welche sich an grundlegenden therapeutischen Wirkprinzipien orientiert und dabei transdiagnostisch ausgerichtet ist und eine problemspezifische, individualisierte, modulare, ergebnisorientierte und adaptive Therapie darstellt. Die Wirksamkeitsforschung in den letzten fünf Dekaden konnte für die Mehrzahl der psychischen Störungen im Kindes- und Jugendalter zumindest kleine bis moderate Therapieeffekte belegen, die sich zudem in Nachuntersuchungen überwiegend als stabil erwiesen haben. Auch für die Routineversorgung ist die Alltagswirksamkeit der Interventionen nachgewiesen worden. Die vorliegenden Behandlungsleitlinien nennen bei allen psychischen Störungen Verfahren der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie unter den Psychotherapieverfahren fast durchweg als Methode der ersten Wahl.
