Zusammenfassung

In diesem Buchkapitel werden die wichtigsten psychischen Störungen von Geburt bis zum Einschulungsalter behandelt. Ein Fokus soll besonders auf den Bereich von 0–3 Jahren gelegt werden. Um in dieser Altersspanne arbeiten zu können, wird eine Kenntnis über pränatale Entwicklungswege, Geburtsverläufe sowie Komplikationen und die normalen Entwicklungsabläufe bei Säuglingen, Kleinkindern und Vorschulkindern für das Verständnis psychischer Störungen als Voraussetzungen erachtet bzw. im Abschn. 2.2. und Abschn. 3.1. gemeinsam erarbeitet. Zusätzlich wird auf die Leitlinie der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie: S2k-Leitlinie Psychische Störungen im Säuglings-, Kleinkind-, Vorschulalter von 09/2015, die Leitlinien der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Sozialpädiatrie und Jugendmedizin und die Leitlinie der Vereinigung analytischer Kinder- und Jugendlichen-Psychotherapeuten: Regulationsstörungen hingewiesen.
