Zusammenfassung
Die von allen Krankenkassen berichtete stetig wachsende Zahl von Burn-out-Fällen und von Fehltagen und Berufsunfähigkeiten aufgrund psychologischer Erkrankungen stellen eine zunehmende Herausforderung für die Gesellschaft und die Unternehmen dar. Basierend darauf stellt sich vermehrt die Frage, was Unternehmen für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte tun können, um den damit einhergehenden menschlichen und ökonomischen Schäden entgegenzuwirken.
