Zusammenfassung
Radiologische Befunde bei Amyloidose sind oft relativ unspezifisch und vielfältig, was sich aus der Tatsache erklärt, dass die Amyloidose in der Regel mit vielen anderen chronischen Erkrankungen, die wiederum ihre eigene radiologische Symptomatik haben, assoziiert ist und mit ihnen koexistiert. Man kann drei verschiedene Manifestationsformen unterscheiden: 1. intraartikulär im Bereich der Synovialmembran oder auch im extraartikulären Gleit- und Stützgewebe, 2. diffus im Knochenmarkraum und 3. sehr selten im Knochen (fokal-destruktiv im Sinne eines Pseudotumors).
