Prinzipien neuropsychodynamischer Behandlungsansätze in der modernen Psychiatrie

Zusammenfassung

Neuropsychodynamische Behandlungsansätze knüpfen an grundlegende Prinzipien der dynamischen Psychiatrie an und verknüpfen diese mit modernen neurowissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen. Zu den grundlegenden Elementen zählen: Bedeutung der subjektiven Erfahrung, Berücksichtigung des Unbewussten sowie entwicklungspsychologischer Prozesse, der Übertragung und Gegenübertragung und des Widerstands. Neben den Ergebnissen der entwicklungsneurobiologischen Forschung werden insbesondere die Ansätze zur Bindungstheorie, zur Mentalisierung und zur Theory of Mind berücksichtigt und für die Entwicklung und Anwendung neuropsychodynamischer Behandlungsansätze in der Psychiatrie herangezogen. Die Prinzipien neuropsychodynamischer Behandlungsansätze werden anhand klinischer Beispiele illustriert.
