Zusammenfassung
Die sachgerechte Diagnostik unter Verwendung des von unserer Arbeitsgruppe entwickelten Algorithmus und einer angemessenen systematischen Nomenklatur der weiblichen funktionellen Androgenisierung (FA) in ihrer Gesamtheit ist Grundlage einer zielgerichteten Therapiestrategie der kutanen (klinischen) Androgenisierung. Diese schließt gruppenspezifische Prinzipien ein und ist gleichzeitig individuell auf die aktuellen, perspektivischen und präventiven Bedürfnisse und Belange der Patientin zugeschnitten, die vom peripuberalen bis in den postmenopausalen Lebensabschnitt reichen. Die Therapieprinzipien bei Akne vulgaris (Seborrhoe mit ein), Hirsutismus und female pattern hair loss (FPHL: ersetzt die bisherige Bezeichnung: Alopecia androgenetica) werden auf der Basis von Richt- und Leitlinien beschrieben und, wenn notwendig, spezifisch bezogen auf die verschiedenen Gruppen der FA. Hinweise zur Lebensführung bei Übergewicht und Adipositas, medikamentöse Aspekte zur Gewichtsabnahme und Insulinresistenz werden dargestellt, da auch mit solchen Maßnahmen der klinischen Androgenisierung begegnet werden kann. Auf Einschränkungen im Hinblick auf die Anwendung in der Schwangerschaft wird besonderen Wert gelegt. Da die FA einen interdisziplinären Denkansatz erforderlich macht, kommt der Gynäkologie eine wichtige Lotsenfunktion zu.
