Abstract
Grounded on a large number of researches on the development efficiency of creative industry, the paper builds efficiency evaluation index system of regional creative industry development in China from the perspective of input and output. Itimplements the classic DEA modelłCCR and BCC models to evaluate the development efficiency of creative industry in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China, and thenit adopts the method of averaging to assessthe comprehensive efficiency (technical efficiency, TE), pure technical efficiency (PTE) and scale efficiency (SE) ofcreative industry development in China’s seven regions. In addition, this paper accentuates the influence of the policy environment and investment on the efficiency of creative industrydevelopment, and finally puts forward some important relevant conclusions.
