Abstract
For networked control systems (NCSs) with time-delay and random data packet dropout, the model is established as a kind of stochastic control system which contains Bernoulli distributed stochastic variable. Furthermore, the existence conditions of the output feedback controller are derived, such that the closed-loop NCSs are exponentially stable in the mean-square sense. Then a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach for designing output feedback controller is presented. Finally, a numerical example is employed to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
