Zusammenfassung
Bei der 3. Screeninguntersuchung (28 + 0 bis 31 + 6 SSW) werden die zeitgerechte Entwicklung, Fruchtwassermenge, Plazentalokalisation und -struktur und fetale Lage kontrolliert. Hinweiszeichen für Entwicklungsstörungen müssen erneut überprüft werden, da pathologische Befunde möglicherweise erst jetzt erkennbar werden (z. B. Hydrozephalus, Mikrozephalus, Herzklappenstenosen, Darmatresien, obstruktive Uropathie, Hydrops, kardiale Dekompensation). Die Indikationen für sonographische/dopplersonographische Untersuchungen sind in den Mutterschaftsrichtlinen festgelegt. In speziellen Leitlinien der International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG) werden die Untersuchungen des ZNS und des fetalen Herzens detailliert beschrieben. Die Ergebnisse der Ultraschalluntersuchung und des Aufklärungsgesprächs müssen dokumentiert werden. Bei dringendem Verdacht auf eine Gesundheitsschädigung des Kindes ist eine Beratung gemäß Gendiagnostik- und Schwangerenkonfliktgesetz verpflichtend.
