Zusammenfassung

Hauttumoren, die vom Nervenparenchym ausgehen, werden als Nerventumoren der Haut bezeichnet. Der Nervenstamm beinhaltet periphere Nervenfaserbündel mit Axonen (S100 positiv), umgeben von einem Endoneurium und Perineurium (epitheliales Membran Antigen positiv). Das Neurilemma oder Nervenscheide (Axonscheide) besteht aus Schwann-Zellen und ist die Gewebsumhüllung von myelinisierten Nerven und unmyelinisierten Axonen. Das Nervenparenchym besteht aus Epineurium. Das Epineurium enthält Kollagen, Fibroblasten, Blutgefäße, Fettgewebe und Mastzellen.
