Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird die Relevanz der individuellen Resilienz von Mitarbeiter:innen als Basis für stabile und zukunftsfähige Organisationen dargestellt. Es wird beschrieben, wie sich aktuelle gesellschaftliche und unternehmerische Herausforderungen emotional auf Mitarbeiter:innen auswirken und welche psychologischen Effekte damit verbunden sind. Schließlich wird auf die Leadership-Aufgaben, aber auch auf die sich daraus ergebenden Potenziale eingegangen und es werden drei handlungsorientierte Thesen abgeleitet.
