Zusammenfassung

Die Forschung zu Unternehmerischer Führung und Kultur hat in den vergangenen Jahren eine rasante Entwicklung durchlaufen. Vielfältige Studien setzen sich in unterschiedlichen Kontexten damit auseinander, und es gilt als erforscht, dass eine ausgeprägte Unternehmerische Führung und Kultur den Erfolg von gewinnwirtschaftlichen Unternehmen und öffentlichen Einrichtungen fördert (Rauch et al., 2009; Soares & Perin, 2019; Tremml, 2019). Vor diesem Hintergrund ist es nicht überraschend, dass sich die Non-Profit-Management-Forschung zunehmend mit diesem Konstrukt auseinandersetzt. Das vorliegende Kapitel zeigt und beschreibt eine umfassende Literaturanalyse zu Unternehmerischer Führung und Kultur in Non-Profit-Organisationen.
