Zusammenfassung
Dienstleistungen der häuslichen Krankenpflege und Haushaltshilfe sind in der Schweiz traditionell in der Hand gemeinnütziger Organisationen, überwiegend in der Rechtsform des Vereins. Fast 600 unabhängige Organisationen sind in Kantonalverbänden und im Dachverband Spitex Schweiz zusammengeschlossen. In der deutschsprachigen Schweiz dominieren kleinere und mittelgroße Organisationen mit einem lokalen oder regionalen Wirkungskreis; vor allem in der Romandie sind es größere, kantonale Institutionen. Neben der gemeinnützigen Spitex gibt es über 200 private, d. h. gewinnorientierte Spitex-Organisationen, die in einem eigenen Verband (Association Spitex Privée Suisse ASPS) zusammengeschlossen sind. Eine Branchenstudie zeigt, dass sowohl bei öffentlichen als auch bei privaten und gewinnorientierten Dienstleistern ein statistischer Zusammenhang zwischen der unternehmerischen Orientierung und der Zielerreichung besteht.
Der vorliegende Text stellt eine Zusammenführung von zwei früheren Veröffentlichungen dar: 1) Gmür & Löffel (2019) und 2) Gmür & Löffel (2022).
