Zusammenfassung

Dem Personalmarketing kommt eine zunehmend wichtige Aufgabe im Prozess der Personalauswahl zu. Gutes Personalmarketing erhöht nicht einfach die Anzahl der Bewerbungen, sondern sorgt dafür, dass der Anteil der Bewerbungen von geeigneten Personen ansteigt. Die Forschung gibt Hinweise darauf, wie ein solcher Effekt etwa durch die professionelle Gestaltung von Stellenanzeigen und Internetseiten des Arbeitgebers erzielt werden kann. Darüber hinaus setzt sich der Beitrag mit spezifischen Methoden wie etwa dem Headhunting, der Werbung durch Mitarbeiter:innen und der Bedeutung des Employer Brandings auseinander.
