Zusammenfassung

Im Mittelpunkt des Beitrags steht die Entwicklung von Konturen einer fächersensiblen Hochschuldidaktik des Sozialmanagements, welche Erkenntnisbestände und Forschungsbefunde der Fachdidaktiken der Soziale Arbeit und Sozialpädagogik einerseits sowie der Wirtschaftswissenschaften andererseits zu integrieren versucht. Eine solche Zusammenführung zur Fachdidaktik des Sozialmanagements wurde unter verschiedenen Gesichtspunkten bisher nur unzureichend untersucht. Ziel des Beitrags ist die Entwicklung und Diskussion von deren Grundzügen aus fachwissenschaftlicher Perspektive. Den Ausgangspunkt bildet die Hybridfunktion des Sozialmanagements und dessen Verortung im Spannungsfeld akademischer Kulturen. Anschließend wird ein vorläufiges Programm einer Fachdidaktik des Sozialmanagements in Bezug auf Unterrichtsentwürfe und hinsichtlich der vier Aspekte Sachanalyse, Bedingungsanalyse, fachdidaktische Analyse und Reduktion sowie Methodisierung vorgestellt. Schlussfolgerungen werden auf sowohl fachtheoretischer und methodologischer als auch auf praktisch-konzeptioneller Ebene gezogen, was Potenziale für die (Weiter-)Entwicklung fachspezifischer Lehrkonzepte, -formate oder -methoden und zukünftige Forschungsbedarfe aufzeigt.
