Der Organisationssoziologe und Psychologe Stephen Fineman hat zwei Sammelbände herausgeben, die bedeutende Beiträge für eine soziologische Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema ›Organisation und Emotionen‹ darstellen. Beide Sammelbände haben den identischen Titel Emotion in Organizations, beinhalten aber unterschiedliche Aufsätze von verschiedenen Autoren. Beide Publikationen beleuchten die Bedeutung von Emotionen für und innerhalb von Organisationen von diversen Blickwinkeln.
