Zusammenfassung
Meetings sind Kern jeder Organisation. Eine beachtliche Menge von Zeit und Energie wird den Arbeits- und Entscheidungssitzungen gewidmet. Die meisten Menschen mögen sie jedoch nicht, viele finden sie sogar frustrierend. Spätestens seit den Maßnahmen gegen Ausbreitung der Corona-Pandemie sind virtuelle Meetings nicht nur eine Annehmlichkeit, sondern eine Notwendigkeit geworden. Es wird oft bemängelt, dass die Beziehungen unter dem virtuellen Kontakt leiden. Ist es so und muss es so sein? In diesem Beitrag werden ausgewählte Faktoren, die erfolgreiche und berührende virtuelle Meetings ermöglichen, unter Anwendung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse skizziert und die Wege, wie sie erreicht werden, aufgezeigt. Virtuelle Meetings stellen zweifellos Herausforderungen dar. Sie bieten viele Vorteile und ermöglichen, gute Beziehungen auch virtuell aufzubauen – mit passendem Mindset und Methoden.
