Zusammenfassung
Innovations-Controlling ist controller-geschultes Denken und Handeln im Unternehmen zu den Themen „Innovationsprozesse“ und „Innovationskultur“. Aktive Einbindung externer Wissenskanäle, das Vorantreiben technologischer Entwicklungen, teaminterne Kreativität und interaktiv-multidisziplinäre Organisationsformen entstehen dann, wenn die oberste Unternehmensebene sich nicht nur vom Innovations-Controlling beraten lässt, sondern Innovation als grundlegenden Geschäftsprozess selbst lebt. Und „Effektivität“ in der Themenauswahl vor „Effizienz“ stellt. Und doch gleichzeitig einen ethischen Kompass vorgibt, der technologische und innovative Geschäftsmodell-Entwicklungen innerhalb des Unternehmens in geordnete Bahnen lenkt, sowie den Mitarbeitern und der Organisation langfristig ihre Meta-Fähigkeiten wie „Lernen“, „Innovieren“, „Kategorisieren“ und „Einbetten“ aufbauen lässt. Denn die ganze Welt ist mittlerweile ein globaler technologischer Experimentalraum geworden, in dem nur die schnellen und anpassungsfähigen Unternehmen vorankommen werden. Was die Rolle des Innovations-Controllings umso wichtiger und dringender erscheinen lässt.
