Ullrich Sierau [US]: Als Hintergrund muss man die Strukturkrise und die damit verbundenen gewaltigen Herausforderungen sehen: Mit dem Strukturwandel hat Dortmund rechnerisch über 80.000 Arbeitsplätze in den Bereichen Kohle, Stahl, Bier u. a. verloren. Das ging damals von 320.000 auf 240.000 herunter. Heute stehen wir wieder bei 330.000.
