Zusammenfassung
Die für Umweltinformationssysteme bewährte Methodik der Datenerfassung durch verteilte Sensoren benötigt ein robustes Netzwerk sowie eine robuste Systemarchitektur. Unterstützt durch Innovationen im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz, dem Mobilfunk und IoT, können großräumige mobilfunk-basierte Umweltinformations- und Überwachungssysteme entwickelt werden. Diese Systeme umfassen verteilte dezentrale Sensornetzwerke, bestehend aus einer großen Anzahl performanter bidirektional kommunizierender Sensoren, welche mobil oder statisch konstant Daten erfassen und versenden können. Allerdings produzieren der kontinuierliche sensorgetriebene IoT-Data-Stream sowie die Verarbeitung massenhaft erzeugter Daten eine große Last für Mobilfunknetzwerke. Deren Rand- und Zugangsnetzwerke müssen in der Lage sein immense Datenmengen aufnehmen und weiterleiten zu können. Die zentralen Systemkomponenten der Applikationen müssen nahe Echtzeit neue Daten aufnehmen und analysieren. Hier entstehen neue Anforderungen an bestehende System- und Netzwerkarchitekturen, um sowohl Daten-Flaschenhälse zu vermeiden, als auch die Systemverfügbarkeit zu den Services zu gewährleisten. Dieser Beitrag präsentiert daher am Beispiel eines bestehenden Microservice-basierten Warnsystems für den Katastrophenschutz eine neue Referenzarchitektur, welche durch topologische Neuanordnung einzelner Services die eigentliche Applikation durch die Domäne des Telekommunikationsanbieters erweitert, um so durch 5G Technologien den neuen Anforderungen hoher Netzwerkbelastungen gerecht zu werden.
