Zusammenfassung

Für die Etablierung von Vertrauen als kollektives Phänomen innerhalb von Organisationen spielt die Organisationskultur eine zentrale Rolle. In diesem Zusammenhang mag es durchaus gerechtfertigt sein, von einer Vertrauenskultur zu sprechen. Eine solche Vertrauenskultur ermöglicht eine effektive spontane Selbstabstimmung zwischen den Mitarbeitern. Selbstabstimmung ist ein organisatorischer Integrationsmechanismus der in modernen Organisationsformen immer mehr zum Tragen kommt. Möchte man also Hierarchie und Verfahrensrichtlinien zurückfahren ist eine Vertrauenskultur eine förderliche informelle Rahmenbedingung. Möchte man eine solche entwickeln, ist ein sensibler und reflektierter Umgang mit organisatorischen Kontrollmechanismen erforderlich. Letztere haben in Bezug auf Vertrauen innerhalb von Organisation eine zentrale symbolische Wirkung.
