Zusammenfassung
Agilität wird häufig auf die Einführung von agilen Methoden und die Planung organisatorischer Veränderungen reduziert. Eine Interviewserie in deutschen Großunternehmen zeigt, dass ein deutlich umfassenderes Verständnis von Agilität erforderlich ist. Nachhaltige Veränderungen erfordern die Entwicklung eines agilen Mindsets, welches neben Führung und Veränderungen in der Organisationsstruktur auch die Besonderheiten des menschlichen Gehirns berücksichtigt. Da Unternehmen soziale Systeme sind, spielen die Vernetzung innerhalb von Communities und die Erfahrung von Selbstwirksamkeit bedeutende Rollen bei der Transformation von Unternehmen.
