Zusammenfassung
In einer immer mehr vernetzteren und komplexeren Welt gewinnen Geschäftsbeziehungen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Jedoch zeigen Beispiele aus dem IT-Outsourcing, dass diese Vorhaben vermehrt scheitern und somit hohe Trennungskosten verursachen. Neben harten Faktoren wie Service-Level-Agreements spielen insbesondere weiche, zwischenmenschliche Faktoren eine wichtige Rolle. Um dem Scheitern entgegenzuwirken, müssen zuerst die Ursachen verstanden werden. Zudem ist ein Verständnis über die verschiedenen Arten sowie über die Phasen, die eine Geschäftsbeziehung typischerweise durchläuft, unerlässlich. All diese Aspekte werden in der Relationship-Alignment-Methode zur aktiven Steuerung von Geschäftsbeziehungen gebündelt. Im Kern der Methode steht, dass sich beide Parteien vorab auf einen gemeinsamen Beziehungstyp festlegen, Abweichungen auf dem Weg dorthin proaktiv vorbeugen und die Stimmung zwischen und innerhalb der Partner als Frühwarnsystem kontinuierlich messen.
