Zusammenfassung
Das Studium ist eine Phase im Leben eines Menschen, welche mit vielen intellektuellen, emotionalen und sozialen Anforderungen verbunden ist. Im Spannungsfeld zwischen Belastungsbewältigung, Zustandsregulierung, Ressourcenerweiterung und -pflege sowie der Persönlichkeitsstabilisierung wird schnell deutlich, dass es nicht nur die Fachprüfungen sind, welche das Stresserleben erhöhen. Einem resilienten Studierenden gelingt es, Entwicklungsrisiken weitestgehend zu kompensieren, negative Einflüsse auszugleichen und gleichzeitig weitere Kompetenzen anzureichern. Dies ist als dynamischer Prozess aufzufassen. Das Studium ist auch ein Zeitraum sozialer Entwicklungsübergänge und dadurch eben akuter Belastungsepisoden, insgesamt also eine Phase, in welcher sich neue Vulnerabilitäten wie auch Schutzfaktoren herausbilden. Aber die empirischen Wissenschaften zeigen, dass in diesem Bereich bei der Prävention und Rehabilitation der körperlich-sportlichen Aktivität einige Bedeutung zugemessen werden kann. Der Beitrag soll einen Einblick geben, welchen Effekt der Sport und die sportlichen Aktivitäten in ihren körperlichen, emotionalen, affektiven und sozialen Resonanzen auf Konstrukte der Resilienzforschung haben.
