Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel bietet eine Übersicht, inwieweit in der Organisationsentwicklung eines zukünftigen Utility 4.0 zielgerichtet Reifegradmodelle dazu genutzt werden können, den Soll- als auch den Ist-Zustand zukünftiger Technologien und Dienste zu erfassen, als Vision zu formulieren und den Migrationspfad in diese Zukunft zu planen, zu bepreisen und umzusetzen. Dazu werden Grundlagen und existierende Modelle vorgestellt und anhand eines Fallbeispiels operationalisiert.
