Zusammenfassung
Die Soziokratie ist ein Organisationsmodell , in dem Konsens herrscht: Alle Mitarbeiter treffen gemeinsam Entscheidungen. Möglich macht das eine Kreisstruktur, bei der alle Mitarbeiter auf Augenhöhe agieren. Die Soziokratie schafft allerdings nicht die klassische lineare Struktur ab. Vielmehr ersetzt sie die personelle Hierarchie durch eine inhaltliche. Wie genau das funktioniert, erklärt Sven Latzel.
