Zusammenfassung

Since the launching of the Journal of Business, Economics and Ethics (or zfwu) in 2000, the young publication has emerged into a reputable voice in the relatively established, yet still evolving field of business and economic ethics, and is appreciated mostly by German speaking scholars. Looking back is therefore an interesting endeavor to document this development and to try to draw valuable lessons for business and economic ethics in the years to come. For sure, the contributions to this volume present an impressive, rich and multifaceted picture, which I cannot portray in a few pages.
