Zusammenfassung
Durch die Verschiebung der Machtverhältnisse auf dem Arbeitsmarkt hin zu den Arbeitnehmern wird das Employer Branding immer wichtiger. Mitarbeiter werden zum zentralen Engpass von Unternehmen. Im Kampf um Talente geht es nicht nur darum, High Potentials, sondern auch Right Potentials zu gewinnen. Das Employer Branding trägt zu einer marktorientierten Ausrichtung des Human Ressource Management bei. Im Zentrum der Aktivitäten steht die Arbeitgebermarke, die aus der Unternehmensmarke abzuleiten ist. Ziel ist es, ein Unternehmen gegenüber den relevanten Bezugsgruppen als attraktiven Arbeitgeber zu positionieren. Wichtiger Stellhebel ist dabei der Fit, der im Zentrum sämtlicher Employer Branding-Aktivitäten steht.
