Zusammenfassung

Es ist noch nicht lange her, da wurde der Arbeit und dem psychischen Wohlbefinden ein ausschließlich positives Verhältnis bescheinigt. Heute erscheint die Arbeit selbst jedoch zunehmend als Ursache psychischer Erkrankungen – ein Perspektivenwechsel, der eng an den rasanten Anstieg psychisch bedingter Arbeitsausfälle geknüpft ist. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird der Zusammenhang zwischen Arbeit und psychischer Gesundheit gegenwärtig neu verhandelt.
