Zusammenfassung
Mit steigender Diffusionsrate von mobilen Anwendungen und zunehmender Nutzung von Smartphones steigt auch das Potenzial der Informationsbeschaffung über mobile Devices. Die Studie zeigt, dass mobile Zielgruppen grundsätzlich aufgeschlossen gegenüber Location-based Services (LBS) sind und standortbezogene Anpassungen mobiler Anwendungen für die Marktforschung zusätzliches Informationspotenzial liefern. So determinieren neben der Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Nützlichkeit und Einstellung zur Nutzung vor allem die Informations- und Systemqualität sowie das Wahrgenommene Vergnügen die Nutzungsabsicht von LBS. Die Herausforderungen für die Marktforschung bezüglich der Verwendung standortbezogener Anwendungen liegen vor allem in den drei letztgenannten Einflussgrößen.
