Zusammenfassung
Die intermodale urbane Mobilität mit Elektrofahrzeugen schafft innovative Leistungen mit innovativen Produkten und damit völlig neue Produkte („really new products“ oder „discontinuous new products“) und Leistungen. Sie ändert Marktstrukturen und beruht auf neuen Technologien, zu denen den Automobilunternehmen in einer Übergangsphase meist ausreichende Informationen fehlen.
