Zusammenfassung
Neben unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen, was genau der Geschäftsmodellansatz erklärt und wie man ihn dementsprechend nutzen kann, ist eine weit verbreitete Nutzung die Analyse von der Geschäftstätigkeit eines Unternehmens. Die in Kapitel 1 vorgestellten Geschäftsmodell-Frameworks bieten einen Rahmen, mit dem nicht nur die Aktivitäten eines Unternehmens analysiert werden können, sondern auch um mehrere Geschäftsmodelle anschließend zu vergleichen. Bei einer ausreichend großen Menge an analysierten Geschäftsmodellen lassen sich so auch Typen identifizieren, die die besonderen Merkmale von Geschäftsmodellen hervorheben und gruppieren.
