Der Verein Ambulante Hilfe e.V. mit Sitz in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt wurde 1977 gegründet.
Besondere Merkmale des Vereins, der heute 28 festangestellte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in Voll- und Teilzeit hat, sind die basisdemokratische Organisationsstruktur und das breite Spektrum an Fachbereichen.
