Zusammenfassung
Störungen des Phosphatstoffwechsels treten bei einem übermäßigen renalen Phosphatverlust oder durch eine mangelhafte alimentäre Versorgung mit Phosphat auf. Die hierdurch bedingten Krankheitsbilder sind die phosphopenischen Rachitisformen mit muskuloskelettalen Beschwerden und skelettalen Deformierungen seltener kombiniert mit renalen Funktionsstörungen sowie Nephrokalzinose und Nephrolithiasis.
