Inter-, trans- und multidisziplinär – Eine essayistische Annäherung mit Blick auf die Wirtschaftsinformatik

Zusammenfassung

Den Begriff „interdisziplinär” verwende ich seit langem, ohne je weiter darüber nachgedacht zu haben. Mein Fach Wirtschaftsinformatik (WI) betrachte ich als in sich interdisziplinär. Schon in einer der ersten Vorlesungen meines Studiums habe ich gehört, dass die WI mehrere Disziplinen in sich vereint, mindestens Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Informatik. Ein Blick in das Online-Lexikon Enzyklopädie der Wirtschaftsinformatik (Kurbel et al. 2013) bestätigt mich in dieser Erinnerung. Bei drei Beiträgen kommt der Begriff „interdisziplinär“ vor: Bei den Stichworten „Wirtschaftsinformatik“, „Geschichte der Wirtschaftsinformatik“ und „Wirtschaftsinformatik-Zeitschriften“; darauf gehe ich im Abschnitt 2.1 noch näher ein.
