Neuropsychologische Therapie bei psychischen Erkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Das folgende Kapitel befasst sich vor dem Hintergrund kognitiver Beeinträchtigungen als Kernsymptomatik vieler psychischer Erkrankungen mit Behandlungsansätzen zur Therapie kognitiver Funktionsdefizite. Am Beispiel von Schizophreniespektrumsstörungen werden neuropsychologische Therapiemöglichkeiten und deren Wirksamkeit beschrieben. Darüber hinaus werden Einsatzbereiche und aktuelle Forschungsansätze bei weiteren psychiatrischen Erkrankungen vorgestellt. Abschließend werden Perspektiven für die Implementierung neuropsychologischer Therapie in den klinischen Alltag diskutiert.
