Zusammenfassung
Schizophrene Störungen sind im Vergleich zum ADHS oder der depressiven Störung eher seltene Störungen, die jedoch zu schwerwiegenden psychosozialen Beeinträchtigungen führen können. Der Beginn der Erkrankung ist oft schleichend und wird daher oft spät erkannt. Ein akuter Beginn kann aber, z. B. nach einem belastenden Lebensereignis, auftreten und die Symptomatik sich schnell und z. T. in dramatischer Form (vollkommene Desorientiertheit, aggressive Spannungen) entwickeln.
