Zusammenfassung

Verletzungen des Urogenitaltraktes sind beim polytraumatisierten Patienten in 5–10 % der Fälle und damit relativ häufig anzutreffen. Hierbei stehen die Nierenverletzungen zahlenmäßig im Vordergrund, gefolgt von Verletzungen der Blase oder der Urethra. Letztere treten vor allem im Zusammenhang mit Beckenfrakturen auf.
