Zusammenfassung
Nomogramme spiegeln das Bemühen wider, individualisierte Nachsorgealgorithmen für Patienten zu entwickeln. Sie stellen linear graphische Darstellungen einer statistischen Funktion dar, in die unterschiedliche Variablen, wie die TNM-Klassifikation, der Fuhrmann-Grad, der ECOG-Performance-Status, das Vorhandensein von Tumornekrosen, Lymphknoten- oder Organmetastasen, eine vaskuläre Invasion und die Tumorgröße, eingehen. Mithilfe der Nomogramme können Aussagen über das tumorspezifische Überleben und die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Lokalrezidivs bzw. die Auftrittswahrscheinlichkeit von Metastasen abgeleitet werden.
