Zusammenfassung

Neben onkologischen, entzündlichen, neurologischen und traumatischen Leiden gibt es eine Reihe weiterer, benigner Erkrankungen der Harnblase, wie Divertikel, Fisteln, Fremdkörper und Steine. Bei meist eindeutiger Behandlungsindikation gibt es jedoch mehrere Therapiemöglichkeiten. Speziell bei den Blasenfisteln ist auch die anatomische Wechselbeziehung zu den umgebenden Beckenorganen zu berücksichtigen und gegebenenfalls eine interdisziplinäre Behandlung durchzuführen. Eine wichtige differenzialdiagnostische Bedeutung kommt auch den zahlreichen unterschiedlichen Veränderungen der Blasenschleimhaut zu, bei denen im Einzelfall geklärt werden muss, ob es sich um eine benigne Läsion oder bereits um eine Präkanzerose handelt.
