Zusammenfassung

Neben den Standardeingriffen können auch seltene operative Prozeduren laparoskopisch oder robotisch durchgeführt werden. Hierzu gehören chirurgische Eingriffe an der Samenblase, welche tief im Becken verborgen liegt. Die 3D-Visualisierung, präzise Mikrobewegungen und bis zu 10-fache Vergrößerung erleichtern auch die Vaso-Vasostomie. Erfahrene robotische Operateure nutzen die robotische Chirurgie für rekonstruktive Eingriffe wie den vesikovaginalen oder rektovesikalen Fistelverschluss. Speziell hier erleichtert das System nicht nur die Operation, sondern es ergeben sich auch die typischen postoperativen Vorteile für den Patienten.
