Abstract
The unbalance of the inner structure of import is more and more serious with the sharp increasing of foreign trade in China. The data of 31 provinces in China from 2002 to 2011 is used to examine the relationship between the import and export, fixed-assets investment, financial revenue of government through a panel data mode of variable coefficient. Empirical research suggests that both export and financial revenue have positive effect on the import while fixed-assets investment is opposite. Only export affects significantly, and great difference of the same factor is shown in each province. Finally, effective suggestions and policies are put forward according to the result.
