Zusammenfassung
Diagnostische Arthroskopie nur noch in Ausnahmefällen, falls es trotz Einsatz bildgebender Verfahren nicht gelingt, eine Diagnose zu stellen. Dies kann beim posttraumatischen Hämarthros, aber auch bei chronischen Schmerzzuständen nach vorheriger Knieoperation der Fall sein.
