Zusammenfassung

Bei erfolgter Sicherung eines Papillenkarzinoms – auch bei kleinen Tumoren – stellt die partielle Duodenopankreatektomie mit Lymphadenektomie das chirurgische Verfahren der Wahl dar. Meist kann pyloruserhaltend und insgesamt mit einer Mortalität von deutlich unter 5 % operiert werden. Damit können 5- und 10-Jahres-Überlebensraten von bis zu 60 % bzw. 30 % erzielt werden.
