Abstract
We present the electronic system, together with the physical package, of the 87Rb CPT maser atomic clock, which is related to the coherent population trapping phenomenon. Moreover, frequency locking of our experimental apparatus was also developed based on this system. Our results show that the measured short-term frequency stability (Allan deviation) is better than 2 × 10−12 τ−1/2 from 1 to 100 s.
