Abstract

This chapter describes the operative steps in a coronary artery bypass graft operation. There are many variations of this operation, and to discuss all of them is beyond the scope of this chapter. This chapter will describe the two commonest techniques, of performing Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) surgery, with and without the use of cardiopulmonary bypass.
