Zusammenfassung

Der Belmont-Report ist ein Dokument der „National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects of Biomedical and Behavioral Research“, die im Juli 1974 auf Grundlage des „National Research Act“ gegründet wurde. Die Autoren formulieren darin ethische Prinzipien der biomedizinischen und Verhaltensforschung. Der Report wurde im September 1978 fertiggestellt und im April 1979 im Federal Register publiziert.
