Abstract
With the strong ability of describing and transfer ring data, XML offers an applicable way for data exchange between different data sources. This paper introduces a model-drive method to exchange data in heterogeneous relational databases via XML documents. The relevant processes mainly involve establishing xml documents as a robust middle data source and realizing an effective bidirectional mapping between XML Schema and relational mode.
