Zusammenfassung

In Organisationen mit geringem Projektmanagement-Reifegrad gibt es keine verbindlichen Managementvorgaben für die Durchführung von Projekten. Die Entscheidung, ob und wie Projektmanagement zur Anwendung kommt, obliegt in diesen Organisationen dem (oft wenig erfahrenen) Projektmanager und so verwundert es nicht, wenn bewährte Verfahren und Techniken des Projektmanagements gar nicht oder nur rudimentär genutzt werden. Problematisch ist dies, weil die Projektabwicklung in solchen Fällen häufig erfolglos bleibt. Typische Probleme sind:
