Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird auf die Kompressionssyndrome der Nn. medianus, ulnaris und radialis eingegangen, die am häufigsten eine Behandlung in der Ergotherapie erfordern. Kompressionssyndrome, v. a. diejenigen an Oberarm und Ellbogen als auch diejenigen bei Amateursportlern, können zusätzlich eine Behandlung in der Physiotherapie (z. B. PNF) und/oder eine unterstützende physikalische Maßnahme (z. B. Elektrotherapie) benötigen. Entstehungsmechanismen von Kompressionssyndromen können ein aufeinander bezogenes Handeln auch in anderen, entfernten Körperregionen erfordern.
